WAFB reporting that two men went into Port Allen Wal Mart (West Baton Rouge Parish, across the river) in all black clothes, changed clothes and left in vehicle with Texas Plates. They were stopped by Addis PD and State Police.
This event was timed to be the lead in to the RNC.
