Ummm OK. Talk about putting the horse ahead of the cart. Did the dead Perp talk to them? I guess it is possible, the dead Perp might be white, dead Cops could be black. At the same time when the Law shows up and you are in a fire fight Perps are not going to be to discriminate on who they shoot at.
