The redacted pages themselves state multiple times that the CIA and FBI weren't treating the Saudis as a potential terrorist threat prior to 9-11, and could not produce definitive evidence after 9-11, so I highly doubt Bush or anyone else in the White House or Congress knew the score. I'm not exonerating Bush from any responsibility, but I'm also totally unwilling to proclaim Bush was a ‘traitor’ on the basis of some redacted pages of speculation that were selectively released by an administration that would just love to rekindle the anti-Bush, it's all Bush's fault rhetoric just before a major US election. What we should all keep in mind is that the Clintons have received millions from the Saudis, and the Saudis have been contributing heavily to Hillary. The Clintons have absolutely no excuse for doing this, as the nefarious role of Saudi Arabia in global terrorism has become much more a concern in recent years, and Hillary would have had access to all things Saudi while she was SOS. Let's not fall into the trap of letting the left provoke a response that distracts from their role.
