The MAN is honest or not. To blame the system and not the man is not—decidedly not—conservative.
Still, and let me say, I think Rush is subtlety saying it’s the system, to point out how these candidates—personally—reneged.
I don’t know why I think that, it is something in the way he said it, almost tongue and cheek-like.
