Alabama Taco Bell employee fired after denying service to deputies

HENIX CITY, Ala. - A Taco Bell employee in Alabama has been fired after authorities say two Lee County deputies were denied service.
Lee County Sheriff Jay Jones said in a statement that the uniformed deputies were told by the cashier Saturday night in Phenix City that they wouldn't be served and they needed to leave.

Yes, if it is a performance issue and this SJW could easily claim that. It also depends if the employer wants to spend time to try to deny them. Usually if the employer doesn’t show up for the hearing the employee wins.

Working in AL, I can tell you from experience that short of murdering someone or threatening to do it, the good ole state makes sure you get your unemployment. They make it nearly impossible for employers to fight the claims.

Agree.... Local LEO’s just went 7.62 rated ceramic plates front, back and sides versus DOJ rated IIIA soft body armor. Rumors / Intel is small town departments that may have one or two on duty at any given time are prime targets now. Easier to ambush and chance of escape of the ambushers is higher as well.
