You’re right. They have no attachment to the success of their company’s success. Nothing in it for them other than the minimum wage and the need for a 2nd job. Those jobs are a dime a dozen. Our problem is that the Ras at least talk about it.
Two most important attitudes you encounter managing people at that level:
1) You don’t pay me enough to think.
2) Hey, if I really f*** this up bad enough, they’ll NEVER ask me to do it again!
