This is probably just a way the Daytona PD gets new patrol units. It’s a very old insurance fraud scam. The unit parked there was probably old and in need of repair, so what better place to park it for weeks than in front of Mosque in a neighborhood where BLM supporters are known to be. Of course a cop car that sits there unattended for weeks is gonna get destroyed or stolen.
