I am as pro-cop as anyone on this site, but we have to be careful interpreting all harmful encounters by cops as the war on cops. Surely those ambushes were, but cops are assaulted every day in America. Internet news makes it appear worse than it is, and three cops out of the hundreds of thousands out there working at any time, is statistically zero. I am not saying we shouldn’t be concerned, but let’s keep it in proportion.

That video was a cringer - the lady cop screwed up, badly. When she charged into the bus with her pistol held out in front of her like that, if that dude had been skilled he could have snatched it up before she knew what happened. She needs some serious training (or re-training) on weapons retention techniques. The grim reaper was breathing down her collar there.
