They are making a request and wishing Trump would stop playing it so it sounds like Trump has the right to play it!

I’d like to see this litigated in the courts.
I bet that queen would lose their butts... AND trump should sue them for the litigation costs too.

let One candidate deliver a very high profile and public horsewhipping in the court of law to these loudmouth performers... they wont do it again.

I don’t think it falls under Fair Use but it does fall under ASCAP. If the Trump campaign paid the required public performance fee, they can tell Queen to go stick it. Or Queen can withdraw their music from ASCAP and forgo any ASCAP royalties.
