I don’t give a #### about this talk. Is he going to endorse Trump and give full support to the ticket, or not?
Today should be MIKE PENCE’S day. Cruz, by not endorsing before now, is stealing the oxygen from Mike Pence and from the Trump/Pence ticket. The media should be talking about Mike Pence right now, not Ted Cruz.
Cruz is not a team player. If he does not give a terrific endorsement tonight he should be run out for the party for good.
yes but the suspense is going to get a record number of folks to tune in, on a night that normally would be a loss in ratings, as the question of the nomination is resolved, while Trumps acceptance speech is a day way. Without the Cruz drama what would there be but more boring speeches by politicians?
As Cruz met with Trump earlier prior to this speaking gig I would not be surprised if he comes out with an good endorsement. Such an action would set Ted up for later leadership, and leave folks with a good memory of him. He has 20 more years to run, he is only 45, he has had time to think this out.
If he does not endorse and takes a cheap shot at a man who has been magnanimous once the contest was won, well his career is over and I doubt he will even be reelected. Because such a destructive action shows he is a strange and damaged man, one you do not let too near to power.
