Don’t see how anyone could have disliked Dr Shin’s speech. It was authentic, genuine and had lots of heart.

My wife wasn't too impressed. Kept fixating on how Dr. Shin gesticulated as she talked. Didn't bother me any. I don't guess she's used to public speaking (maybe she is, I don't know), but I liked the content of her speech. And she came across as a warm, genuine, likeable person.

That's what made it so good for me - it was obvious that she wasn't a professional and exhibited genuine exuberance.
