I would think that a challenger to Cruz in 2018 would only have to have good conservative creds, to highlight how Cruz has always(and continues to) been using his Senate seat to pay for his ambitions and sign a pledge to remain in the senate , not run for President and work for Texas for as long as the voters of Texas keep him in office

If I ever hear that term again, I will scream. I like the guy up until a year ago. However, I never watched him or listened to him much until the primaries. After watching him a few times, I began to find his smirk creeoy and his voice almost as annoying as Hillary’s. By December or so, I had him labelled as self righteous jerk.
Cruz did not keep his signed pledge. Now, I’m done.
