Well Ted Cruze made it very clear this morning why he did not endorse Trump.

But he went as far as he could. And if you read his speech very carefully. He said for Republicans to vote their conscience and for the candidate that's going to to uphold the Constitution.

And there is only one candidate that even comes close. And it sure ain't Hillary.
