My opinion is that she has been being 100% fake 100% of the time that her body simply doesn’t work right anymore. I think she was a little started by the microphone, and didn’t want anyone to see how easily she loses her cool, so she exaggerated the motion to say, “Look! I meant to do that!”

I’ve seen something similar, usually precipitated by coughing. It’s a blood flow problem. It usually causes a bit more dislocation.

I have had many seizures. Different kinds. Hallucinations, staring, grand mal, delusions... Also after medication started, had some in which part of body starting seizing (legs), then it stopped, but I was still conscious, though fell on floor cause legs were out of control for a minute.
If I thought for a while, I could remember more incidents in which I started seizing (with jerks or twitches), but never lost consciousness.
