Not sure. They all start talking loud at her barking questions and she seems startled, and then keeps,going a little long. You kind of watch the other folks faces to gauge what they think they are seeing and none look horrified.
If sudden loud noise can trigger something like this, maybe so. But it could easily be her over-exaggerating to friendly msm reporterettes throwing questions at her at once too.

I’m no brain surgeon, but that goofiness lasted about twice as long as it needed to.
It almost seemed out of control during the second half of the head shaking.

Usually, I think everyone can come up with some weird footage of anyone to make fun of them.
But on this one, I think Hillary has a progressive (pun intended) disease. That’s a truly inappropriate and wild seizure of the head. She could have hurt herself.
