Wife is a neurologist and definitely thinks it was a seizure. An absence seizure. During these type of spells, patients can have automatisms (such as stereotype head jerking, or picking at things in the air) and brief lapses in awareness.

In an adult, absence seizures may result from brain pathology (such as strokes, head trauma, or tumors).”

It was not a seizure..but..you should be glad you dont depend on me for your medical treatments..but even without a medical degree...I can tell you..that was nowhere near any kind of seizure..friend who is doctor looked at it. He laughed..said you guys could not be serious...does not even resemble a seizure. But again, thank your lucky stars you dont come to me for medical anything. :)
