Hard to picture a person sitting down playing with a truck as a threat to anyone. This cop needs to move to a different profession. We know he won't see any prison time because he's a cop and just shot a citizen, but the least that needs to happen is he needs to lose his job.

Seriously, no cop should take a shot if innocents are nearby. There were plenty of other cops with a clear view to take a shot if necessary. The offending cop should be fired and brought up on charges.

The caregiver - who was shot - did not feel threatened by his patient at all. He did everything right and still got shot!
