Did this include C-span and the other on line streaming venues? I couldn't stand even the FOX night time folks. Certainly not the hooker style barbie doll, meegan. Even BOR was yakking way too much. Don't care what they said, we watched in total silence, through C-Span and didn't miss one minute of the speeches, band, etc.
Now, which one of you thinks the 31.5 is accurate? Bet it's wayyyy more - maybe even YUUUGE... haa.
And then word came out that Munich was under attack and his audience was hit in the face with reality once again.
C-span probably had the biggest audience ever, with everyone avoiding the talking heads.
I think the 18 to 29ers would watch on streaming.
And DNC is knee deep in it after thoe releases

I watched Trump’s speech on C-SPAN as well.
From one of the comments to the Hollywood Reporter story, “TV viewership is not an apples to apples comparison between 2008 and 2016...I would expect his online/social/TV audience was by far the largest ever.” There likely was a large audience watching the speech online last night. I’m going more toward watching TV shows and events through streaming and Netflix now myself. It wouldn’t surprise me if a good chunk of the 2008 audience who watched on traditional TV switched to online streaming and viewing.
Oh just ask Glenn....he allows as how DJT is really a madman like Hitler who must be stopped. Glenn has said he will vote for open borders maniac Gary Johnson

Yup. The one that sticks in my mind as a few years ago discussing illegal immigrants/undocumented immigrants all the politicians and the media kept referring to them as not being able to “step out of the shadows.”

C SPAN was awesome. Wonder if THEY know how many tuned it. Add the streaming, like you all said and woo hoo. It IS YUUUUGE audience.

If he’s up by 5 or more before the eigth, we will KNOW there was fraud and Trump will not back down.
He should be organizing and calling for a review of the voting system before the election.

I forced myself to watch last night’s Real Time with Bill Maher Convention Edition in which Trump and his speech and the convention were completely maligned. It was painful and depressing to watch as the fascist and hitler references were in abundant supply. It is ‘only comedy’ and ‘entertainment’, but that is how a large portion of the electorate receives the foundation of their twisted views, from jokes and jesters. And this empaneled team of jesters all have their talking points finely tuned. Watch it, if you can stand to, if you really want to observe angles of just a few of the several lines of attack Trump will face in the next few months. Take note of the audience reactions. The media is the enemy of truth. Trump is a media master, but he is up against many other media masters who are aligning their messages and willful audience against him, and he will have to work very hard to overcome their constant stream of lies, eh, comedy bits. I could detect their fear of Hillary losing, but that will only embolden their attacks on on Trump on her behalf. The battle has begun. Remain calm, grab up your neighbors, and vote Trump.
