I would like to see what the exact Virginia law says. Is there a provision that actually gives the governor this right ? I doubt that it is. I know in the past when someone wrote in an requested to be restored that they could restore them. I think they should take it back to court. I believe they can stop him. He’s a lifetime criminal. But he’s a democrat, so that goes without saying.

Just do a recall campaign.

"Upon petition, a circuit court may remove from office any elected officer or officer who has been appointed to fill an elective office, residing within the jurisdiction of the court."

"The petition for recall must be signed by at least 10% of the number of people who voted in the last election for the office being recalled. The petition must also detail the reasons for removal" - ballotpedia

Here is a petition that would only need about 205K sigs to proceed ... That's what, 2 sigs for every felon? Seems doable but VA is really one seriously f'd up state right now...
