This is pretty blatant.

A good lawyer should be able to file a case and injunction that the Governor’s ‘individual’ rights restoration amounts to the same as an ‘en masse’ restoration.

A restraining order or prelim injunction would push this McCauliffe abomination into next year when it won’t matter for what he wants to do which is get democrat convicts on the voter rolls by a phone and pen.

When is he up for reelection?

One of the best blessings the founders of VA gave us is that governors cannot run for two consecutive terms.

Oh, I think they're just getting started. And now that the Goddess has been openly exempt from the law, they won't worry about how open their vote fraud is. The Left is this close to complete destruction of our society and (what's left of) the Supreme Court. Nothing short of death is going to stop them from taking it.

In Virginia the governor is term limited to one term only. Of course, maybe McAuliffe will try to change that too.

Need to get Judicial Watch or someone to do this (if they are not in process...)
