It was struck down for a blanket restoration. This time he’s restoring rights “individually.”

Not if he's restoring them all. It still becomes a "blanket" restoration, he's just merely going through the appearance of individual consideration. This is a loop hole, and I am suspecting the court will not be amused at his attempt to exploit it contrary to their order.

I wish Republicans had these sort of balls when defying courts. Our side merely rolls over and whines.

The court objected to “an unnamed class of felons” being pardoned because that was apparently the best argument offered. Pardoning them individually seems to cover that objection.
