It wasn’t sloppy or recklessly careless or unsophisticated or..........whatever excuse anyone wants to put in there. They simply didn’t care. Hillary and her sycophants were going to do it the way Hillary wanted it done. Period.
That’s why I put the quote marks around the word sloppy. It was a deliberate effort to evade security requirements.
