The democrats allowed Ford to pardon Nixon for all crimes he may have committed. They didn’t have to do that. That pardon was not legally binding.
If a new AG goes after her even though Obama issued a fraudulent pardon, she’s in deep crappola. The republicans can point out that she was never convicted so there was nothing he could pardon her for. And if necessary take it to Roberts and make sure he knows there’s a new sheriff in town.
Maybe President Trump will expose Obama as a fraud (birth certificate, foreign student a Occidental, etc.). This will make the Obama presidency illegitimate. That will invalidate the pardon...
