They didn’t have the military to try it in 1933 either.
“They didnt have the military to try it in 1933 either”
Perhaps the German military is better prepared today with more advanced equipment supplied by us like the Lactation Kits we require our front line units to have.
1. It was 1941 when the Germans invaded.
2. They damned near won the thing because they caught the Soviets absolutely napping, and Stalin had murdered about 2/3 of his generals in a series of purges, so even when they started fighting back it was very ineffective.
3. If the Germans try to invade Russia, or even Poland, much of Germany will resemble the Moon starting about 1/2 hour later...and EVERYONE knows it and understands why (the Russians have about 26 million reasons for this). Germany is NOT going to invade Russia.
In 1933 they had a very large population of unemployed men, factories that were far less than 100% production. And they had hyper inflation that made it hard for average workers to feed their family.
I very much doubt that the German government could get a million Germans to drop what they are doing and join the army.
'41, I think. And Napoleon didn't have much luck in 1812 either.
