Where is the 13-year-old stuff coming from? An attendee? A witness? Facts, facts, facts. This is how “Hands up, don’t shoot” gets started.

How true. It's been eons since I was in high-school but I had a classmate who was out at that hour and died as a result (coming to the aid of a pregnant girl who was being beaten by her boyfriend).
