Rostenkowski was skilled at compromising most of the protestors and organizers against him. The only organizer (non-Alinsky) to effectively organize against him was Oscar Lopez (who also refused Bill Clintons bribes.)
Rosty’s precinct captain Ganzer torched 97 apartment buildings (1 baby died in a fire) in the same period Oscar allegedly attended a meeting where discussion occurred of throwing a molotov cocktail through the bureaucrat window of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. ATF had specific orders from Rosty to get Oscar and not touch Ganzer.
That is the history of Rosty.

Even that great but flawed monarch, Elizabeth 2, when forced by Parliament, came out and accepted flowers and cards from people devastated at the death of Diana. She looked every inch of a queen and regained the love of the people.
