Mark Levin has been calling her Hilary Rotten Clinton for at least 6 years now. Since Trump as been on his show a couple of times and said what a big fan and listener he is I guess that’s where he got it.
I seriously doubt that Trump is still a Levin fan - if he ever was . Trump is tight with Michael Savage and he’s been on Kuhner’s show more than Levin’s .
