PHILADELPHIA — The backlog of pending cases in U.S. immigration courts has hit an all-time high of nearly 500,000, crushing the small corps of just 273 Justice immigration lawyers. Syracuse University´s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse just revealed that the backlog has hit 496,704 at the end of June 2016. That is up from 456,216 just nine months ago, and up from 408,037 two years ago. The number has surged even as the administration has added a handful more judges. The current ratio is 1,819 cases per judge. Democrats here for their national nominating convention are expected to call for more immigration and back

This was created to clog the system, bring it to a standstill and allow illegals to stay here. In the past when illegals were detained they had a choice to agree to deportation or go to court. There was a carrot and stick system because if they chose to go to court and were found guilty they could not legally come back to the U.S. or apply for a legal path to work here or live here. Most chose to be deported so they could at least try to come back legally at some point. Then the Obama administration started pushing court, the groups like LaRaza said it was racist to deport them without a hearing so now the courts are jammed up.

Sounds like the judges should get off their lazy a$$es and get to work, If the lawyers and clients don’t show up, issue a warrant for them to be immediately deported. Lawyers show up late or unprepared should be jailed. All clients should be required to show evidence of a complete medical with no diseases and all shots up to date. Non-compliance calls for them to be immediately deported.

Bio-metrics 1st...THEN auto-deport
2nd time....HARD labor...THEN auto-deport

3rd attempt...Let’s just say there’s no more ‘attempts’. Call it ‘protecting from invasion’. I’m just being overly generous with 2 attempts.

They broke the law to get here, and broke the law to stay here. Close down the immigration courts, use that money to search, and seize the illegal aliens, and deport them all with a clause they cannot ever apply to enter the country again.

Build the wall, and prevent them from coming in, and remove all incentives to do so.

No more anchor babies. No more illegals.

The whole idea that every common illegal alien has to go before a judge before they can be booted out of the country is just more libtard/RINO insanity.

It is just another application of the basic Cloward-Piven strategy that calls for overloading a system in order to precipitate a crisis that leads to replacement of it with a leftist solution.

Too bad money doesn’t grow on trees like dems think - - we could add a bunch of new lawyers, judges etc - the whole works. Unicorns could pay for it.
