Negotiations are underway to have Bernie Sanders officially nominate Hillary Clinton for president at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday night, a move that would further signal party unity.

According to a source familiar with the talks, the Vermont senator would nominate the presumptive Democratic nominee after the roll call vote that will be held on the convention floor.

NBC News first reported the negotiations.

Ol’ BS has sold out his idealist followers who now see him as just another political hack. They may not be motivated to vote for Trump, but they’re very likely to be discouraged enough to even vote in the election for the one who helped stack the deck against the older communist.

She probably whispered in his ear; “You know all those dead bodies that right-wingers say me and bill have left in our path? That’s only half of them”.

If true, this is the point Bernie supporters know his revolution was all
a sham. Nothing more. They will begin to turn on Bernie.

Sounds like Bernie will have new material for those articles he used to write about rape, incest, and abuse.

Looks like the old flaming socialist bernie has realized who the real players in the US communist party are. Hitlery, obama, soros, and the DNC make bernie look like an amateur when it comes to communist treachery.

The Berners and Bernouts are going to Bern up and be livid beyond belief if he does this.

This is going to require popcorn of Biblical proportions!

This could become The Election of Two Suicides. The first was Ted Cruz’s self-immolation at the GOP convention. Now Bernie has a chance to commit political hara-kiri at the Democrat swarming.

A lot of Bernie supporters around my area. Lawn signs, bumper stickers, etc. Wonder how they are going to feel? Maybe they’ll throw themselves into the Atlantic.

I’m sure he will drive a hard bargain—perhaps use of the plane for an ADDITIONAL six months!

Don’t worry I’m sure he’ll negotiate some major concessions on behalf of the millions of young people who gave their time and money to him.

Maybe an extra pack of peanuts to go with that airplane rental?

Bernie is seen as a sell-out

With the context of how it played out Sanders saying "nobody cares about those damn emails" sounds exactly like the traitor he turned out to be. Sanders only core principle seems to be free stuff.

That Sanders, with a pathological hatred of earned wealth, would sell out his supporters for his own airplane is one of the weirdest events in this very weird campaign. What does the sicko want to prove? Whose is bigger? (get your minds out of the gutter. Of course I meant planes on the runway <^..^> )

What Bernie did is one of the biggest betrayals of ones supporters in history. The smartest thing they could do now is vote for Trump then move after the election to one of the third parties and give Trump a run for it in four years.

Pray that logic prevails.

When the campaigns started, I postulated that Bernie was Hillary's stalking horse. Surprising everyone (including himself), Bernie actually gained traction and began to threaten her inevitability. This is the punishment for his disobedience.

Trump ad: When she's done with him, you're next!

I have no idea how specifically, but despite the implosion of the democrat party, I still think Jeb would have found a way to mess this election up.
