You make good points, and we’re in basic agreement about them, however the actions of Assange and Snowden fall into the category of “those ships have sailed”, and the rightness or wrongness of what they did can be debated forever and a day, however what they exposed was in fact criminal behavior (the NSA and other agencies betraying the Constitution in the case of Snowden), and purloined emails from Hillary Clinton and the ‘RAT DNC in the case of Assange.

I’m not at all advocating carelessness in the handling of classified data, however that ship has also sailed, and the bottom line is that Assange and Snowden did us a favor in exposing the criminal actions of those who are supposed to obey the law.

The other ‘contributor’ to this discussion stated immediately that ‘Assange was a criminal’ and I’d like to see someone provide proof of his criminal conviction, ditto for Snowden. Those two individuals have been *accused* of wrong doing, but if the ‘Rule of Law’ is to be the highest standard, then they need to be proven in a court of law.

UNLESS however, that court system has been corrupted and compromised by subversion, which we saw on full display in the case or Loretta Lynch, James Comey, and their ‘RAT masters they were covering for. That alone proves that the ‘Rule of Law’ is on life support, and those ‘RAT traitors are busy putting a pillowcase over it’s head.

Plain talk, it seems to me that if we follow your reasoning that
the Witness Protection Program and the prosecutors across the land who make plea deals and drop charges in exchange for testimony
are rescuing criminals and subverting the Rule of Law.

A DNC staffer could STILL be a leaker - that possibility could foment lots of suspicion and sleepless nights and panicked missteps to come.

“the rightness or wrongness of what they did can be debated forever and a day, however what they exposed was in fact criminal behavior”

I think we can demonstrate through reasoned argument that what they did was morally right, at least insofar as they exposed criminal behavior. I am still uneasy about what might have been inadvertently exposed.

“the bottom line is that Assange and Snowden did us a favor in exposing the criminal actions of those who are supposed to obey the law.”

I just hope they haven’t and won’t do significant harm.

“if the ‘Rule of Law’ is to be the highest standard, then they need to be proven in a court of law.”

Before they are punished, yes, but not before we can draw conclusions about what they freely admit to having done.

“UNLESS however, that court system has been corrupted and compromised by subversion, which we saw on full display in the case or Loretta Lynch, James Comey, and their ‘RAT masters”

Yes, that must be taken into account.

“That alone proves that the ‘Rule of Law’ is on life support, and those ‘RAT traitors are busy putting a pillowcase over its head.”

The “trial” of Slick Willy Clintstone in the Senate demonstrated that, for all who had eyes to see.

witness protection program? who said anything about that? I was just commenting on the crazy idea of Trump himself sneaking a criminal out of an embassy and setting them free.

Laws should not be selectively enforced based on some partisan agenda. That is what Obama does.

YOU said we need to get back to rule of law and not selective type
law enforcement based on outcomes.

That is just what prosecutors do with regards to charge dropping and
the WP program.

So if one is not a conspiracy theorist in opposition to the exclusionary, bigoted, racist, elitist, media, then is one a fool?

The racist* bigoted media has consistently portrayed conspiracy theorist’s as evil, when the real evil has its roots in bigoted minority elites.

*Examine the MSM as it demographically represents only corrupt urban elites, not average Americans.

Right. That’s fine. We need to get back to the rule of law that has worked well in this country since the founding. This is what Trump wants to do.

Obama on the other hand only enforces laws if the outcome favors his partisan agenda.

Why bother? We already know Hillary wouldn’t be prosecuted. And if DWS were, BO would pardon her.

The Clinton folks must think Assange is an idiot. They knew he knows who the leaker is, and killing the leaker would be even worse than whatever is to be leaked. All Assange has to say now is that Seth Rich was the source, and this whole thing breaks open PRONTO. If Seth Rich was the source, this goes from being about corruption to being about murder. An innocent young man killed because he wanted to tell the truth - a man who pleaded for both sides of the BLM thing to just stop killing each other. An honest soul vs the democrat machine.

This is truly what the US public needs to understand. It is the thug machine against the little guys who just want peace and justice. The system is rigged; who will fight for the little guy, and for peace and justice? The ones who are supposed to do it are part of the crooked, murderous machine.

Assange’s revelation should happen after Hillary is nominated and while the DNC Convention is still in progress, if he wants the whole crooked cabal to feel the heat and to break it all wide open. And it seems like that may be what he wants.
