Executive Order #1
All persons that immigrated to the United States through other than Normal Immigration Procedures, SHALL be the Financial Responsibility of ALL Federal Employees as a Whole. Federal Public servants shall be responsible for 50% of all costs, and Regular Federal Employees shall be responsible for 50%. The Internal Revenue Service Shall withhold whatever Percentage necessary from ALL FEDERAL Employees to cover 100% of ALL COSTS related to such immigrants.
If Not enough funds are available through Special Withholding, the Internal Revenue Service SHALL begin Civil Asset Forfeiture proceedings on ALL Federal Employees as per the percentages outlined in this order.
