“The Russians did it” is a total red herring. It’s a media/DNC ruse to take the contents of the emails off the front pages. If Putin had the emails, he would work to get Hillary elected, and then use them to blackmail her.
Classic MSM deflection - away from the DNC and Hillary and instead at Putin. Putin didn’t write those emails. And no one would ever confuse me with a Putin buttboy.
It is much the same reason people prefer a demanding boss which is fair and consistent to one who will let you slack off most of the time, but have frequent and unpredictable temper tantrums.
So the media that has been SHOWN to collude with the Democrats is now supposed to be BELIEVED that Hitlery is a VICTIM???

Whether the theory about Russian hacking is right or wrong, should not be the focus of attention (but it is being made into that by the MSM). The focus of attention should be on the content of the emails AND where they came from.
This is all a cover-up by the MSM for the Teflon Kids (Hillary and Bill). These two CANNOT gain access to the White House! I believe much bigger “email bombs” are on the way and the best (worst) will be just before the election.
I think these recent e-mails leaks of the DNC is Mr. Putin’s way of “endorsing” Mr. Trump.
Great article! The whole thing is well worth reading (I know, we prefer to comment without reading, but this one is fun). It says, in summary, that Hillary accused Putin of doing in Russia many of the things that the emails now prove Hillary did here, and Putin took it personally.
I don’t think this news is relevant. Hillary is corrupt and has an unbridled lust for power, which is the real threat, so we don’t need more reasons to stop the evil witch. However, we can enjoy an occasional commentary.
They are trying desperately to make people believe this is a foreign plot against our country so in one fell swoop they can turn the poor DNC into the victim, and inoculate them (and HRC) against the other material they expect to be released.
They are in full panic mode here. They must know there is worse material to come because they’re simply fabricating this Russian story based on pure speculation.
Trump needs to stay ahead of this and remind people every day that it’s not only total BS, but just another example of the media lap dogs doing the Democrats’ bidding.
I suspect that Putin believes, as do I, that as President Hillary Clinton will blunder the US into war with Russia. Something he doesn’t want and we shouldn’t want.
Because it is so easy to hate her. She personifies everything that is evil in the universe. And that is on her good days.

Could Russia have done? Of course, so could have any other country or individual as well.
If Putin hated Hitlary only half as much as we Americans do, it would be a start.
You bring up the best point: if the Russians did it, the Russians would want control of how it was used. They wouldn’t just hand it over to Assange like a kid who found a wallet full of cash and is giving it to the teacher.
