3. payment of all taxes overdue, to be verified by audits, private+IRS
4. payment of all standard and expedited USCIS fees
5. $2,000 amnesty fee to fund Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation
6. $5,000 federal road access fee, if the immigrant wants to drive on a federal road

Remember the GOPe last year (since 2008) that we need to pass comprehensive amnesty to make inroads in the support of hispanics to the demorat party. So for a little history: Who passed the civil rights bill of 1964? Who gets 92% of the black votes. How many textbooks acknowledge that it was Republicans that passed the 9164 act. Last year, several CBC persons announced on National TV that it was Republicans that filibusted the law and no one corrected them. Ask 90% or more of the MSM and you would get the same answer.
