Many that knew her in high school thought she was a stuck-up, phoney a-hole. She is still despised around Park Ridge to this day.

I had that impression also — thanks for verbalizing it. Probably even back then she was a know-it-all — one of those obnoxious brainy brats who have to state their opinions while putting you down.
