Some other FReepers have mentioned today that since these emails were not on a secure government server, and instead on her home server, wherever that was, that by definition, there is no espionage.
I wish I could remember who said that.
Hillary brought this all upon herself.
Well except for the part where SHE transferred the classified information to her private server, where any hacker could see it. At that point SHE committed the espionage.
In reality, it is HILLARY who committed the espionage by taking top secret materials from classified systems onto her insecure home brew server....
This is another way in which Jake Sullivan and Leon Panetta stepped in it today -— if they say it is “espionage” for someone to go after the emails on Hillary’s private server, even the 33,000+ deleted emails that were supposedly personal, then what does that say about HILLARY, the person responsible for putting all that govt secret material on an insecure private home server????
