It would be funny if it were true, but it's not.

Campaign fiance laws allow candidates to personally draw up to 250,000 dollars a year “salary” from their campaign organizations.

Incredibly, the Hillary Clinton is so money hungry and so politically tone deaf that she has drawn the 250,000 dollars maximum salary from her campaign.

The Hillary Clinton For President Campaign is paying Hillary 250K to be it's candidate and give that speech
