Chelsea, next time wear a lovely dark colored dress, with a boat neck or v-neck. If you chose a v-neck wear a gorgeous, not necessarily expensive piece of jewelry. The dress should be below the knee making you look slimmer and the dress should not be a skin dress but be superbly tailored. Your shoes should be black patented leather heels accenting your ankles. Also, you don't have the arms to wear sleeveless dresses. Remember we have to look at you.
