The great astrophysicist Halton Arp has explained all of this. The problem is that the red-shift theory is wrong, meaning all mainstream cosmology is wrong.

Wrong cosmology leads to the absurd BS referenced in the headline.

Maybe time/distance are not totally uniform throughout the universe?

Arp's evidence is very hard to dispute.

Thank you for posting that.

In summary, it isn’t that far away which means that it’s not that bright. Almost all of these will show a connection to a nearby galaxy.

“The problem is that the red-shift theory is wrong, meaning all mainstream cosmology is wrong.”

So the universe isn’t expanding after all?

I jest, but I’m inclined to believe Halton Arp. If there’s one thing that’s settled, it’s that science is not settled. Our primitive species is still puzzling out the truth of how our universe works, and will be for some time to come.
