Dear DNC: Abortion Isn’t Empowering. It Turns Women Into Bullies
The Federalist ^ | July 29, 2016 | Holly Scheer

In a moment of truly blinding irony, NARAL’s president called for Americans to elect Hillary Clinton as president so she could stand against bullies.

The Democratic National Convention made history for women this week. No, I’m not referring to Hillary Clinton receiving the nomination, making her the first woman to be running for president for a major political party. I’m talking about Ilyse Houge, the president of NARAL. She shared with the nation that not only does she champion abortion rights, she has had an abortion for nonmedical reasons. Since Hogue missed a basic tenet of ethics, I will spell it out for her: destroying the weak is not strength.

Hogue, and her organization, would disagree. National Abortion Rights Action League Pro-Choice America (known as NARAL) is a political activist nonprofit centered on expanding abortion access. Since 1969 they have been fighting for what they call a woman’s right to choose—that is, to select abortion whenever, wherever, and for whatever reason. The Democratic Party has similarly supported abortion, with policy changes and varying degrees of emphasis, since the 1976 DNC. This year’s DNC has featured endorsements from both Planned Parenthood and NARAL. Abortion and abortion access are central issues determining whom these radical groups support for political offices.

While Planned Parenthood’s president Cecile Richards downplayed the importance of abortion and focused on women’s health, Hogue took a far different approach. She opened her endorsement with her abortion story: “I wanted a family, but it was the wrong time. I made the decision that was best for me—to have an abortion, and get compassionate care at a clinic in my own community.”

How incredibly ironic and hypocritical for the Democrats, the DNC and Hillary to profess so strongly to be for the rights of children yet cynically omit the MOST vulnerable of all children - the unborn human baby.

At the least accessories to murder. The abortionist is the “hitman” and the baby is the victim.

As a former post-abortion counselor with a crisis pregnancy ministry, I can truthfully attest that NO woman is ever healed from this tragic sin until there is first the recognition of the humanity of her child and her participation - whether willing or not - in his/her death. God certainly can and does forgive and heal.

Unspeakable evil, spoken and cheered by people at the DNC. What’s next:
“I euthanized my elderly parents because I just can’t take time out of my career to care for them. I feel so liberated.” (CHEERS)

“Having little Billy was the biggest mistake of my life. I finally ended 2 long years of oppression and had a post-birth abortion. Free at last! (CHEERS)

What hope can we find in a society so bereft of compassion for other human beings, but goes bat-sh*t crazy over the killing of a wild animal or the threatened extinction of some obscure plant. It’s mass insanity and it scare the livin’ crap out of me.

I think Libs are absolute control freaks. They want control of everything and everybody as it makes them feel powerful- which makes sense because most of them are stuck in high school or college- and like kids, they name call or lie or have a temper tantrum when tbey don’t get their way.

So they relish telling people what do and what to think. And what I find psycho is that they try to control things without a voice- like animals, water, plants etc. But the ultimate control they crow about the loudest, is the control they have over another’thing’ without a voice: a baby...

Insanity it is! It scares me, too. We have to wonder how long will God put up with our nation acting this way and when it will finally be bad enough that He destroys us?

I think this election will truly determine our destiny as a country. No other nation has been so blessed as ours and America has been great BECAUSE she has been good. No longer can Hillary or the Liberals declare we are still good when so much evil is not only permitted but celebrated. Some people are in for a very rude awakening. The blood of innocents cries out from the ground for justice and God will bring it.

True enough that it turns them into murderesses, but the article is still correct. When you give a ‘woman’ the power to kill a helpless human being dependent on her for life support for no other reason than it inconveniences her, you’ve effectively promoted her to a mini-Hitler - stupid, cruel, petty, a tyrant and darn proud of it all.

If such a woman gets married later on she will often as not be an Alpha Bitch (or try to be one) because she’s used to getting her way at any cost and society backing her up on it. I’m told this often shows up in the workplace as well.

God has always “put up with it” since he granted Adam and Eve free will, but in doing so he also warned of its spiritual consequences to themselves and the rules that were given to them. We all know the story and the rules written in Leviticus from Genesis stood until the new covenant was brought by Jesus.

So, from that, the spiritual judgment is in the realm of the hear-after. We have no control over that other than to live our lives as a testament because we may be the only Bible that many will ever read. Theirs is as fool hearty as was Eve not resisting the tempting of the snake, Satan. But, the wild card is still they can seek redemption, if they, and only they choose to honestly do so.

Will God enact another cleansing as in Noah? It is already written in Revelations what the ultimate answer is to that question and what the differing ramifications are to those on opposite sides of the issue. I stand to live my life as though I am the only Bible that MOST will ever read and ready to stand as a testament to it. I can’t control their lives, which is very evident, but I can stand to give them the light of a better way. That was our charge given to us in the New Covenant.
