Remember that a lot of these so-called “Conservatives” are Bush Loyalists. And we all know now that the Bushes and Clintons have been in cahoots for years. Knowing that both Jeb and Hillary were running was hedging their bets in case one or the other faded, and in this case it was Jeb that faded.
