Unfortunately Trump did something that happens to all of us when we’re on the defensive. Many times I realize later what I should have said & want to kick myself.
In context of this guy who was waving around the Constitution at the DNC while saying his son sacrificed his life, Trump, as a retort, should have offered gratitude & condolences while explaining that he was referring to those who come to this country illegally and commit terrorist acts.
Yes, there are noble people like this man’s son. But unfortunately the reality is that there are many Muslims who want to cause harm.
One more thing: the Constitution protects citizens, but not non-citizens.
Hillary sacrificed the four Americans that were murdered in Benghazi due to her political correctness, as in not wanting to piss off the Libyan government. Her total ineptness as Obama’s Sec of State has lead to the deaths of thousand of Americans. And a Muslim democrat is going to have the gall to ask Donald Trump what he’s ever sacrificed. By the way I went and saw “Hillary’s America” today. A damming indictment of the racist, criminal democrat party for the last 200 years and a damming indictment of the Clinton Crime Family, who should both be serving a life sentence in Leavenworth. The very thought of those two criminal bastards going right back in the White House makes me want to throw up.
Trump needs to sit down and get some media training from political professionals. He needs to learn to stay on message and not be diverted by hostile interviewers. But he’s an arrogant tycoon who doesn’t take advice. I’m still voting for him, but his lack of discipline may well lead to a big Hillary win
All that is true, but beside the point. Trump should stay on message, always attacking Hillary, and not let interviewers bait him to go off on destructive tangents. The Khans aren’t on the ballot so he needs to talk about Hillary, not them
I know you can’t stand Trump, at first I felt the same way, then I started to see his kids I realized there is something in this man that he is NOT showing to the general public!! You don’t raise kids like these without being a VERY decent human being underneath the bombastic, showy personality these kids adore him also and have chosen to be WITH HIM over their mother!!!
Khan is a partisan and using the death of his son for political gain. Trump is in the right to defend himself.
I have a feeling there are some Cruzers who are trying to use this to stir up feelings against Trump.
I don’t like Khan. My point is, Trump should have the discipline to stay off of a discussion of Khan. That’s a sideshow. Trump is running against Hillary. She’s the person he should be attacking, no matter what question Stephanoopoolos asks. Either Trump gets some discipline or he loses
His kids turned out good. What I don’t like is his message style - using the s word from the podium, all the bragging and grade-school namecalling, and very little focus on the issues. He’s got great issues but doesn’t keep the focus on them.
You must realize MOST people today are NOT as informed as WE are Trump is reaching the masses and (unfortunately) who they are today!!! People love him sticking it to THE MAN, they love the name calling this IS what our general population has become!!!! I know it is REALLY hard to face but it is true!!! Trump WILL WIN in a landslide this has become a nation of reality TV!!!
Almost 7,000 American KIA in Iraq and Afghanistan throughout the War on Terror. Only 15 of them were Muslim, yet this guy is supposed to have some kind of moral authority? I don’t think so.
It is time for Republicans to fight. MSM and Hillary have unleashed Khan on Trump, and Trump should kick his teeth in.
I don’t think that’s factual. They are grown. Tiffany is the youngest of the older 4, but still grown and is very close to her mother.
