His response was ok and certainly well-intended. But I think I would’ve gone for the kill and admitted that any vetting process is imperfect especially one weighted toward “no” as the Muslim ban would and should be. A likely consequence is that some good people would be turned away. But a lot of bad people would be turned away and on balance that is a far better situation than the “come one come all” we have now. No reason to let the Perfect get in the way if the Much Better.

She is loathesome.

Me-Again Kelly has it backwards. One commentator, Acer, at the article says it all:

"I would have suggested the hypothetical to Kelly that even under a Trump policy that these people couldn't come,maybe by stopping one terrorist coming in he saved many American lives."
