It may be too late to combat voter fraud. Democrats were ahead in using technology and getting people mobilized. I am sure there is a computer program that tells Hillary some good predictions.
Imo, the mechanisms for massive election fraud have been in place since at least 2008. What they didn’t count on was Trump. So now they are going to have to double down.
