Per the California constitution, a ballot proposition (in contrast to a legislative bill) may address only one topic. Hence the multiple propositions. I’ll be all in, but this is a bigger reach than the term “long shot” implies.

Thanks for the answer. I did not know that. I'd say then that my thoughts are even more appropriate. Most of these gun laws exempt LEO. A ballot initiative that eliminates the exemption/ 2-tiers of "rights" and confers the same rights to all citizens is a single issue, but would apply to many laws.
