And I’m always being told Texas is perfect. Huh.

We passed a good voter ID law that was over-turned by judges - same thing that's happening in other states.

It wont even matter at that point if the next 3 presidents are Republican Conservatives, they wont be able to impact the majority of the court.

There won't be anymore Republican presidents, because Hillary will bring in 10-20 million Third Worlders and Muslims.

Haven’t seen any of the ACLU pimps and pimpettes suing B of A, Wells Fargo, Walmart, Democratic National Convention, Federal Courts, White House, US Military bases, etc. for requiring picture ID.

So racist. What they are saying is that minorities are too stupid to get ID. But not too stupid to have ID to cash their government checks.

As a proud Texan I can’t express my disappointment enough.

This is shameful.

So...I voted for this bunch of Texas “conservatives” only to have my future votes disenfranchised by massive voter fraud. Got it.

Not a word from Cruz, proving he is part of the cabal.

It proves no such thing. That is a nonsensical assertion.

Courts are erecting barriers to a sound and secure ballot - which we have a right to.

ID is free, the only people who can not obtain one are foreigners. Ignore the dictators.

When the courts told Terry McAuliffe (Governor of Virginia) that he could not restore voting rights to felons en masse, he simply worked a loop hole to go around their decision. He's doing it anyway.

Our side *NEVER* tells the courts to go F*** themselves. Our side is *NEVER* willing to fight for a principle.

My own idea is to put cameras at every polling location, and then allow the video to be checked for evidence of fraud subsequent to the election.

People could go through the video and determine if people are voting twice, if felons were voting, and any number of other voting violations.

It would in effect be telling the courts to "go f*** yourselves" which is what we badly need to be telling the courts to do.

Agree... all isn't lost yet.

Texas Voter ID Law Violates Voting Rights Act, Court Rules

snip
Texas’ losing streak continued in its efforts to defend its law, fighting challenges from
the U.S. Department of Justice, minority groups and voting rights advocates. Wednesday's
ruling did not immediately halt the voter ID law, which has been in effect since 2013.

The judges instructed a lower court to draw up a remedy.

It's not clear what that court's remedy might look like. Experts called it unlikely
that the court would throw out the law completely.

"The remedy is NOT going to be to strike the Texas voter ID law as a whole," but
instead to fashion some kind of relief that give people who have a reasonable
impediment to getting an ID the chance to get one," Rick Hasen, an elections expert
at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, wrote on his blog.

"Further, given the timing of the election, the trial court has to craft some kind
of interim relief and then can figure out a more comprehensive solution after the
next election," Hasen added.

I agree and I’ll share the flames. The plan is not to move America to the left. The plan is to remove America completely. They want one world government. And apparently they want the muslims to run it.

Don’t worry. See my tagline.

As Texas gets overrun with illegals, it becomes more and more liberal.

Texas agrees to weaken its voter ID law for November election

Why don't we just use the "finger dipped in purple ink" method that has been used elsewhere?

To me, that seems like a pretty effective low-tech way to prevent people from voting more than once...

Vote Trump!

This isn’t about voting more than once, but rather about who is allowed to vote once.

I was thinking of a similar solution. When you go to clubs that charge admission, they ink stamp your hand. Why don’t we stamp everyone as soon as they enter a polling place? If they try to vote again or go to other voting locations, just check their hand at the door to see if they’re already stamped. We could use security ink (invisible ink) with an inexpensive ultraviolet light which would make the stamp visible.
