Perfect U.S. Presidential Election Stealing Software turns Black vote into non-persons

"Americans should be in an national uproar," commented a confidential computer systems expert, continuing, "they should be horrified that any American can have their votes automatically turned into 'near zero' values."

"It is the most insidious form of racism towards real human beings as voters, besides the shock that enables state's presidential elections to be stolen in seconds."

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - BlackBoxVoting.org research group slams the Global Election Management System (GEMS) vote counting tabulation software, used throughout the US, as "A Voting Rights Abomination." They have proven that a whole state the size of Alaska could be stolen in 4 seconds using a dubious set of hidden features within GEMS.

Worse yet, regardless of race, demographic, party, and people's individual makeup have votes that could be insidiously relegated to virtual "non-persons." An election outcome can be guaranteed to a designated candidate with a built in point spread before the election. The "keepers" of these dangerously manipulative settings within GEMS ballot tabulation rules have already admitted to being approached many times from people to "rig" elections.

"I nearly fell out of my chair in astonishment and shock when I looked at the lines of Code in GEMS," stated the systems expert. "These code definitions [of 64-bit floating point fractional "Double"] should never, ever, have been introduced into GEMS. Period. It opens up such a manipulative cheating scale that is beyond anyone's imagination," he continued.

So you're saying they can manipulate the votes by 10 % by just changing the decimal point? Now that is corruption on a max level.

First, I find this headline to be farcical in the extreme! The most notorious places for vote manipulation are the big cities and leftist enclaves. This year's home for the DNC, Philadelphia, has had outstanding examples of this practice in past elections. Districts with votes that exceed registered voters by 10% or better. Vote tallies with 100% cast for a single candidate - really? So the headline, focusing on the Black vote is irrational!

Next, for all who want to return to mechanical machines? Look at history PLEASE! This kind of voting needs to have every machine accompanied by an incorruptible guard from the time it leaves the warehouse until after the vote is accepted! Said guard must also be impervious to intimidation of all kinds and immovable from the vulnerable spots of the machine. Without the above, voting machines are even easier to manipulate and those polling places where the gangs rule will report late and have just enough votes to overcome!

You are correct that the headline has a “click bait” motive - it was written to get people’s attention, whether it was appropriate in this form of sensationalism.

However, the article (and accompanying links) explains how ANY person of any race, color, demographic, etc can have their vote set as a ratio (independent for each). From 0.001 to 25.00 per a single person’s vote. This is how you can get a 100% from of a lower turnout by boosting the decimal point settings in the GEMS statewide vote tabulation software.

Another trick in the software is you can set the percentages of the final votes as the software will ratio the decimal settings of the voters to get the final candidate(s) end results. It is amazingly flexible in the ingenious ways to cheat.

They shouldn’t be using DOUBLE, they should be using UNSIGNED INT (max 4,294,967,295). Not everyone appreciates the difference between integers and floats.

This is just the database table definitions (CREATE TABLE) and table definition changes (ALTER TABLE). There is no “code” that adjusts vote totals based on race.

It looks as though they are keeping track of blank votes (no selections made for any candidate for any position), undervotes (i.e. no selection made for President) and overvotes (i.e. more than one selection made for President), and they’re recording that by race, and summing it, presumably to determine voting competency by race.

They didn't want to reveal any actual "code" (security reasons). They did release the table definitions from the code to prove the existence of the floating point definitions. They proved the software allows fractional values to be assigned by race, demographic, party, etc from voter registration databases. GEMS can also give different ratio values to precincts, districts, etc in the state. It is all in how the voting files are setup by the software consultants. The floating point usage allows assigning a "weight" to each individual type of vote/voter. The actual weighted race function, however, is much worse. We did not, and will not attempt to create a working demo for what follows. We have documented that weighted race functionality is fully available in GEMS, but documentation pertaining to how it works seems to be missing in user manuals. We did, however, locate documentation in a development version of the GEMS manual. In a document called “GEMS 1.18 Users Guide Revision 4.0” we find the following on page 158: This indicates that votes are being tied to voter names. The weighting of the voter is contained in “encoded information” stored outside of GEMS. This leaves no doubt that the intent is to allow votes for some voters to be counted less than votes for other voters. Particularly in the South, where voters’ race is identified in the voter registration system, this quite literally allows each Black voters’ vote to count as, for example, 3/5, while White voters’ vote would count as 1+ 2/5.
