First offense, a warning through Pretrial Intervention
Second offense, maybe 2 years in jail, server 3 months and you are out
So here, if you are caught, still no big deal
They let a gang banger that shot a bus load people up in three years of a 7 year sentence, no one got killed but I guess attempt of murder of a busload of people was only worth 7 years, what a pile of BS
