Sean Hannity isn't happy about being called Fox News's dumbest anchor by a Wall Street Journal columnist. Hanniry fired back at the Journal's Bret Stephens Thursday night after the foreign policy editor tweeted that "Fox News' dumbest anchor had a message for y'all," linking to a Yahoo News article about Hannity saying he will blame Republican leaders if Donald Trump loses the presidential election.

Maybe smgfan wants Trump to lose.
“Trump is the only Presidential nominee of a major party that I’ve seen in my lifetime who has had to contend with so many high-level members of his own party actively working to undermine him...”
I can remember Reagan having similar problems. But, what I can’t remember is the degrees of aggression towards Trump I see today. We all knew this wasn’t going to be easy so we have to be willing to stick our necks out and join the fight. The hardest to fight is the media because they have the greatest impact on the uninformed population.
on definitely not. I want Trump to win. But if too many GOP voters and Conservatives stay home, he cannot win.
With Reagan, there were some grumblings from the Rockefellerites but not this level of hostility, and I doubt that even the Rockefellerites wound up voting for Carter or Mondale. In contrast, I think a lot of the GOP establishment will wind up voting for Hillary.
To me, it's quite telling that Republicans who couldn't bring themselves to say a bad word about Obama these past 7+ years are now all fight and bluster when it comes to attacking Trump. It isn't so much Trump who they hate - they hate the fact that we the voters rather than the party elites picked the nominee this time. Establishment Republicans despise the grassroots conservatives, libertarians, and populists who they've been conning for money and votes all of these years much more than they oppose any establishment Democrat.
Wrong. The first to blame is the MEDIA.
Our local talk station, WGY in Albany NY, has Michael Berry from 6–8 followed by Mark Levin from 8–11 meaning it's five hours of Never Trump most nights, especially Berry's two hours. I voted for Cruz in the NY primary and I'm all for fidelity to principle, but there's a point where you're cutting off more than your nose to spite your face.
We know what Her Heinous is going to do if she gets into office and it begins with completely bypassing Congress. Recall that it's her henchman Begala who uttered, "Stroke of the pen. Law of the land. Kinda cool." toward the end of the Clinton presidency showing they learned late how to really play the game. She will not make the mistake of leaving things to Congress, even this doormat of a Congress, but instead will rule by fiat making Barry look like an amateur to do everything she's said she will do: import more refugees, raise taxes, expand abortion and restrict guns.
I expect Trump to do what he says in building a real wall, limiting immigration from areas of terrorism, appointing conservative judges and cutting taxes, but I cannot say for sure that he will. What I do know for sure is that he will not do what Her Heinous says she will and considering her promises, you'd be crazy not to vote for Trump.
“they hate the fact that we the voters rather than the party elites picked the nominee this time. “

That’s it in a nutshell.
The Repubs don’t give a damn about the people anymore than the Dems do.
The power elite rules on both sides of the aisle.
.
Oh goody more defeatist shite! Are you on the DNC or GOPe payroll?
Vote Trump 2016
Bret Stephens is the WSJ’s most insufferable editor—and that’s saying something.
“Sorry Sean, but the first to blame is Trump.”
Blame for what, exactly?
There is a full court press to try to demoralize Trump supporters - lots of lies and lots of folks here willing to help by giving them credence. Mid September (and before) will make it a lot harder for the to spread the lies.
In the meantime, we can all help him build his infrastructure and gear up for when the time for a media blitz is right by donating to his campaign and Donate to FR while we are at it.
Anyone on FR that claims to not want Hillary, and who isn't also donating to Trump and FR may as well be liars who just like a free place to spout off while others do the heavy lifting. There are a lot of adjectives for them and none are flattering.....such as those who really try to demoralize our side - I call them "Tokyo Roses"
Ol' Bret is gonna be MIGHTY SURPRISED when the Uniparty's "Republican Brand" figleaf is blasted to hell and gone after this election.
WSJ editor of Fabulism Bret Stephens will have to admit that he's a Democrat, and always has been. :)
There’s a whole bunch of people just waiting for him to lose so they can be obnoxious for the next 4 years and rant how if we had nominated the anointed one we would of had a conservative president.
HuH? Bret Stevens IS a horse’s arse.
They are both right this time
Yep.
“Bret Stephens will have to admit that he’s a Democrat,”
Termite.
