I was just reading that Michael Phelps, who was chosen by his teammates to carry the U.S. flag in the opening ceremonies, was being pressured by the media to hand that honor over to an African-American Muslim fencer who has probably never won a medal - all to shame Trump. I'm sure that Valerie Jarret's fingerprints are on this one.
Really? I thought the athletes voted for the flag bearer. Who would’ve thought it? Votes don’t matter to the elite.
