Nikos, can I use this space to invite the Trump Family to the Extortion 17 remembrance thread?

August 6 2011 ~ 5th Anniversary of Extortion 17 Mission
In remembrance ... today marks the 5th anniversary of the shoot down of Extortion 17. On August 6, 2011, the U.S. Navy SEALs and the Special Ops community suffered a huge loss when their CH-47 Chinook was shot down in Afghanistan.
The 30 American deaths represent the greatest loss of U.S. military lives in a single incident in the decade-long war in Afghanistan that began in 2001.
Of course!
Thank you for that remembrance thread.
So many lost.
Five years ago today, we sustained the greatest single loss of lives to our Special Operations Forces in American history when U.S. Army CH-47D Chinook, call sign "Extortion 17", was shot down by Taliban fighters south of Kabul, Afghanistan.
Please join us today as we take a moment to honor the memories of those 30 Americans and one Military Working Dog lost on August 6, 2011:
